After three Heats in Oslo and a snowstorm that almost caused disaster this week for some artists, the Final of MGP went off without a hitch in from the Trondheim Spektrum in Norway!
We were treated to an opening that could have come from the set of Vikings or Game of Thrones, as we saw Alessandra perform a rendition of Queen of Kings while suspended on a crane high above Trondheim!
We were then treated to nine great performances. MGP brought back the international jury and once the votes were combined with the public vote, Gåte had won by just 5 points – it went down to the wire!

Here is what the hosts of Building Bridges think of Ulveham — Norway’s song for Eurovision 2024:
Jan: ★★★☆☆
I think sending something completely different usually stands out, also we didn’t hear Norwegian for quite some time!
Sebi: ★★★★★
Amazing entry! Finally the Norwegian language is back to the Eurovision Song Contest. I cannot wait to rock along to this in the arena!
Dave: ★★☆☆☆
Like Jan, I’m happy to see Norwegian back at Eurovision, but it’s too much high-pitched screaming for my taste. I wish them luck in Malmö!
