The Austrian entry for the 68th Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö, “We Will Rave” by Kaleen, has just been officially released. Kaleen has gained many fans since she was announced as the Austrian act for the Eurovision Song Contest, after a snippet of the song has been going viral on social media.

Kaleen is an artist with a lot of Eurovision experience already, having done several stand-ins on the Eurovision stage already. Now it is finally her time to shine as the main performer on the biggest stage in the world.

Have a listen to “We Will Rave” here:

This is what we think about the Austrian entry for Malmö:

Jan: ★★★★★

We Will Rave represents absolutely everything that I love about Eurovision. I can see myself dancing in the Euroclub at 2AM and having a blast raving the night away! Absolutely love it. I hope Kaleen will also receive her time to shine in Malmö!

Sebi: ★★★☆☆

While the song is not my personal type of music, I cannot deny that I am proud of my country’s song. Kaleen is already very popular among the Eurovision fans and I am sure that she will do us proud and probably get us into the final. And obviously, it is a banger. I can’t wait to rave along in the arena!

Dave: ★★★☆☆

I can see Kaleen blowing the roof off of Malmö Arena in May with this — it’s a 3-minute party that is easy for people to sing along to, and I think the crowd will help to sell this to the TV audience. Plus, we know Kaleen has the Eurovision experience to really make her performance pop. What’s hurting it, is there are now so many dance/party songs this year, I fear votes may go elsewhere, and the repetitiveness of the chorus will be its downfall. My spidey sense is telling me this could sadly be another NQ for Austria.
