San Marino RTV has officially opened the song-submission window for ‘Una Voce per San Marino 2025,’ the national selection format that will determine San Marino’s entry for the 69th Eurovision Song Contest.
The fourth edition of Una Voce per San Marino is now in progress, with Sammarinese broadcaster San Marino RTV accepting song submissions. Interested artists can submit their entries until December 31, 2024.
This national final has previously produced three Eurovision entries: “Stripper” by Achille Lauro, “Like An Animal” by Piqued Jacks, and most recently, “11:11” by MEGARA. The climax of the current edition will be on Saturday, February 22, 2025, when San Marino’s representative for Eurovision will be selected at the grand final held at Teatro Nuovo in Dogana.
To reach the final, participants must first navigate a casting stage, which begins in September and continues until the end of January.
Post-casting, selected songs will advance to the semi-final stage of the competition. There will be four initial semi-finals, one semi-final exclusively for Sammarinese artists, and an additional ‘second chance’ semi-final.
From these semi-finals, 11 songs will emerge to compete in the grand final on February 22. A five-member jury will then choose the winning entry, which will represent San Marino at the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 in Switzerland.
