The 63rd edition of Festivali i Këngës ended just a few moments ago and we have a winner.

This final of Albania’s biggest music festival introduced a new system, combining the results of a jury vote, a diaspora vote and the Albanian-Kosovar televote.

At the end of the evening, Shkodra Elektronike convinced the audience the most with their experimental ethnic track “Zjerm” and will therefore represent Albania in the 69th Eurovision Song Contest in Basel.

The duo finished in first place with both the televote and the juries and in second place with the diaspora vote. You can re-visit their gorgeous performance here:
