The first Greek national final in 10 years, Ethnikós Telikós, has just come to an end and after lots of dancing and a spectacular show hosted by Helena Paparizou and Sakis Rouvas, the act to represent Greece at the 69th Eurovision Song Contest in Basel has been found.
Twelve different acts have presented their songs in the Olympic Hall in Galatsi tonight:
- Rikki – “Elevator (Up and Down)”
- Thanos Lambrou – “Free Love”
- Kostas Ageris – “Gi mou”
- Andy Nicolas – “Lost My Way”
- Klavdia – “Asteromáta”
- Konstantinos Christoforou & Kostas Karafotis – “Parádeisos”
- Georgina Kalais & John Vlaseros – “High Road”
- Barbz – “Sirens”
- Evangelia – “Vále”
- Dinamiss – “Odyssey”
- Nafsica – “Unhurt me”
- Xannova Xan – “Play It!”
A combination of a Greek and an international jury (50%) and the Greek televote (50%) have decided that Klavdia with the song “Asteromáta” is the winner and will therefore perform for Greece in Basel.
The Top 3 also included Barbz with the song “Sirens” and Evangelia with the song “Vále“.
