Last year, our Building Bridges Eurovision Podcast united 23 Eurovision pods from around the world to vote on their favourite songs headed to Malmö. It was a hit — and we accurately predicted that Nemo would bring Switzerland its third Eurovision win!

For 2025, the EuroPod Vote expanded to 31 podcasts, and found some pods in new countries to include, such as Lithuania and Finland!

Once all 31 podcasts had voted, it was clear that the community wants to see KAJ bring Sweden its record-breaking eighth Eurovision victory. Sweden finished 53 points ahead of Erika Vikman from Finland on our scoreboard.

While KAJ received only one douze points more than Erika, only two of 31 podcasts gave Sweden nul points, whereas Finland was ignored by seven pod juries, thus propelling KAJ to victory.

Interestingly, were this to come true in Basel, we would have another Sweden v. Finland battle atop the scoreboard, just two years after the Loreen v. Käärijä duel in Liverpool.

Meanwhile, a third place for Albania at Eurovision would be historic as that country has never placed in the Top 3 in the Contest since debuting in 2004.
