Starting August 8, 2024, submissions will open for songs aiming to represent Switzerland at the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest, which will be held in Switzerland. The deadline for submissions is August 22, 2024. Detailed information is available on the SRF ESC website.
Nemo clinched victory at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö in May 2024 with the song “The Code,” securing the hosting rights for Switzerland in 2025.
From August 8 to August 22, 2024, until 10 PM, artists, producers, songwriters, and lyricists are invited to submit their songs for consideration as Switzerland’s entry in the 2025 Eurovision Song Contest. Submitted songs will not be publicly accessible.
The Swiss entry will be selected through a multi-stage process involving both audience and expert juries. Swiss and international audience juries will participate in several selection rounds to choose the representative for Switzerland.

An international expert jury, comprising 25 members with previous experience on Eurovision juries, will complement the audience juries.
Similar to previous years, SRF is partnering with market research institute YouGov Switzerland (formerly LINK) for the selection process. Full registration requirements and selection details are outlined in the regulations available on the SRF website: srf.ch/eurovision.
The selection and support of Switzerland’s act for Eurovision 2025 will be managed collaboratively by SRF, RTS, RSI, and RTR. The winning song and the performing act will be announced at the beginning of 2025. The chosen act will directly qualify for the final of Eurovision Song Contest.
